Engineering and construction across borders.
Founded in 2020 in Batumi, Georgia under the name Vordat Georgia, our company has rapidly secured a strong position in the sector through its experienced engineering team and field expertise — taking part in significant infrastructure and superstructure projects. To carry this experience and corporate knowledge to a wider geography, we began operating in Türkiye under the ReArt brand as of 2026, continuing our engineering and construction work on an international scale.
Since our establishment, we have actively operated in transportation infrastructure projects as well as superstructure and residential buildings. Highway and motorway projects in particular, along with infrastructure and superstructure works, are executed in full compliance with national regulations and international technical standards. Within this scope, reinforced concrete bridges, culverts, retaining walls, reinforced and pre-stressed beam fabrication, road superstructure concrete elements, and tunnel concrete works are successfully delivered by our company. In addition, reinforced concrete lining, insulation and waterproofing applications in tunnel projects are among our areas of expertise.
In the superstructure field, high-rise reinforced concrete buildings, residential projects and villa structures are realized using both tunnel formwork and conventional formwork systems. Our company not only provides contracting services in this area but also acts as an investor — undertaking project development and build-and-sell projects. Land development, project design, construction and sales processes are managed in an integrated manner, ensuring quality and control at every stage.
Our engineering services supporting construction activities include topographic survey, setting-out, project development, architectural and structural design; all phases — from planning to provisional and final acceptance — are managed with technical accuracy and effective on-site supervision.
