Reinforced concrete superstructure works for the ORBI Millennium complex in Batumi.
Overview
Started in 2025, the ORBI Millennium project is designed as a large-scale complex covering a 6,000 m² footprint, comprising A and B blocks (2 basements + 22 storeys), the C block (2 basements + 26 storeys), and the D block — a 3-storey, 6,000 m² shopping mall built over 2 basement levels. Reinforced concrete works on the C block are continuing using a conventional formwork system.
