Overview
Located at the Bagrationi Junction, the Avenue by ORBI project consists of a 35-storey building with a total construction area of 140,000 m². The development includes a shopping mall and commercial areas on the podium levels and residential units on the upper floors. Reinforced concrete superstructure works were completed using a conventional formwork system.
