Land development, infrastructure and superstructure works carried out in Batumi as part of the Viabungalow project.
Overview
As part of the Viabungalow project, land development, infrastructure and superstructure works were carried out by our team on an area of approximately 2,000 m². The scope included one restaurant building and six luxury bungalows; ground preparation, infrastructure arrangements and road works were completed in a planned and controlled manner. Alongside the construction of the bungalow structures, interior design and implementation processes were also managed by our team. All works were executed in accordance with technical standards, completing the project with an integrated approach spanning from land development to superstructure construction.
